Weston Memorial Day 5K registration is open! The WHS PTO Weston Road Race, Walk and Kids Fun Run will be held on Saturday, May 25th. As the largest fundraiser for WHS, please consider supporting the race by being a Corporate and/or Family sponsor and get your name on the this year’s very cool race shirt. New this year, your name will be on your race bib when you register before April 23rd. To learn more about the race and register, go to weston5k.com and get news and updates on Facebook. You can run it, you can walk it, just don’t skip it!

2019 GRADUATION CEREMONY TENT

On behalf of Weston High School, the WHS PTO surveyed all senior parents to find out where they would like to celebrate this year’s graduation. With nearly 100% participation, they received the following response:  50% requested a celebration under a tent, 30% requested a gym location and 20% requested having graduation on the football field.

Based on these survey results, the administration has concluded that there is good support for the tent as this year’s venue, which will also be used for the eighth grade moving up ceremony. This venue requires that the cost of the tent be funded independently. No board of education funds have been allocated for this purpose. The cost is $22,500.

Funds need to be secured by MARCH 31

Click HERE to make a voluntary contribution online

If contributing by check, send a check made payable to the WHS PTO and mail to the following address: Weston High School PTO, 115 School Road, Weston, CT 06883

Funds will be held by the PTO.  If insufficient funds are raised, all contributed monies will be returned in the form in which they were received.

In the event of inclement weather, thunder, lightning, heavy rain or other serious weather conditions, the ceremony will be moved to the gym that day and there will be no refunds.

This is not a PTO fundraiser. The PTO has graciously offered to handle the collecting of these private funds for the school community. If you have any questions, please contact WHS PTO President Dawn Egan at .
