Re: Request for Funds
Each year, the Hurlbutt PTO sponsors several events to raise funds for items and services that enhance the educational environment at the school. The PTO Philanthropy Committee reviews all requests made by Hurlbutt teachers, administrators, staff and parents throughout the school year. Guidelines suggest that the requested items or services be non-consumable and benefit as many students as possible during their time at Hurlbutt.
Please use the form (click here to download) with this letter for all requests and note that all submissions must first be cleared by Principal Laura Kaddis.
Requests should include two comparative quotes including all costs and shipping.
Return the form to the Philanthropy mailbox in the main office.
If you are sending an email regarding a Philanthropy item please put "PHILANTHROPY" in Subject.
