Security and Parking at Weston High School
When visiting WHS please remember to bring your driver’s license for identification. Security will scan your ID and issue you a visitor badge, which must always be worn when in the building.
When attending meetings or visiting WHS please park in visitor spaces; along School Road across from the WHS main entrance, or along the WIS access road on the side next to Stadium Field. There is no visitor parking in any lot (including the gravel lot). These parking spaces are numbered (except for the gravel lot) and have been assigned to students and staff members. An empty parking space does not mean it's available.
Thank you for your support and cooperation.
2019 Graduation Tent Fund Contribution
Dear Weston Parents,
On behalf of Weston High School, the WHS PTO spent a tremendous amount of time surveying all senior parents to find out where they would most like to celebrate this year’s graduation. The choices were under a tent, in the gym or on the football field. With nearly 100% participation, we received the following response: 50% requested a celebration under a tent, 30% requested a gym location and 20% requested having graduation on the football field.
Based on these survey results, the administration has concluded that there is good support for the tent as this year’s venue, which will also be used for the eighth grade moving up ceremony. Consistent with last year, this venue requires that the cost of the tent be funded independently. No board of education funds have been allocated for this purpose. The cost is $22,500.
In order to allow sufficient time to choose alternate plans, funds need to be secured by MARCH 31 (extended date). If you would like to make a voluntary contribution to this fund, we are taking collecting via credit card or check.
- If contributing by credit card, click here (the contribution form can also be found on the PTO website under the WHS PTO tab)
- If contributing by check, send a check made payable to the WHS PTO and mail to the following address: Weston High School PTO, 115 School Road, Weston, CT 06883
Funds will be held by the PTO. If insufficient funds are raised, all contributed monies will be returned in the form in which they were received.
In the event of inclement weather, thunder, lightning, heavy rain or other serious weather conditions, the ceremony will be moved to the gym that day and there will be no refunds.
This is not a PTO fundraiser. The PTO has graciously offered to handle the collecting of these private funds for the school community. If you have any questions, please contact WHS PTO President Dawn Egan at
